really good stay!
comfy sofa buffet option
the room was spacious. the balcony had comfy sofas. i definitely enjoyed the heated outdoor jacuzzi pool despite the weather. breakfast offered both a la carte and buffet options at the market garden. it was an awesome start to the day.

service area noise deactivated room key
My room faced the resort. The view was alright but I could hear noise from what I believe was the service area early in the morning. one evening I returned to find my room key deactivated and I had to walk all the way back to the lobby to get it fixed. This was quite inconvenient after a long day.

Slightly Underwhelming Stay
excessively loud music repetitive food choices
The gym had good equipment. It included several treadmills and weight machines.
The music in the bar was excessively loud during check-in. It made it difficult to hear the staff, so I needed to ask them to repeat themselves several times. I found breakfast to be repetitive. The food choices were the same each day, which quickly became boring (especially since I stayed for several days).

lovely views friendly staff
My room was very large and the balcony offered lovely views of the resort! The staff were very friendly and always smiling. They promptly addressed all my needs. I appreciated the quick arrival of my delicious room service orderwith a burger and cheesecake.

The valet parking staff was professional, always friendly, and polite with a smile. Their efficiency was excellent. The staff also took great care of charging our electric car. I found everyone readily available whenever I needed assistance.

My room included a spacious walk-in closet and harmoniously decorated interiors. The size was great. The bathrooms feature two separate sinks, which I appreciate. The design was beautiful and the room was very clean.
